We work predominantly across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and London, but are always looking for suitable properties in other key locations.

GUARANTEED RENT SOLUTION
We offer Landlords guaranteed rent on long-term property lets from 3-5 years with 0% agents fees. We take on all the stresses of managing and maintaining your property to the highest standards, so you don’t have to. If your property requires any minor cosmetic refurbishment, we can arrange for this to be completed as part of our agreement, along with ongoing Maintenance cover up to an agreed limit. We are also happy to discuss and agree purchase options at the end of the contract term for owners looking to sell.
